One+ Strategies announced another new hire today as Megan Dapp joins the growing public affairs and government relations firm.
Megan brings over 20 years of public affairs experience spanning key industry sectors including healthcare, energy, education, non-profit, and economic development. She has led strategic client engagements, developed and implemented communications strategies on a wide range of public policy issues, and managed brand marketing and business development.

Megan has previously directed communications and advocacy strategy and economic development initiatives for two Harrisburg-based public affairs firms. In those roles, she designed and executed comprehensive public affairs campaigns for clients at the local, state, and federal levels.

Megan was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by City & State PA in 2022. She has also been named to the Top 50 Leaders in Pennsylvania by Women We Admire for the past three years. She is a graduate of Dickinson College where she was a four-year starter for the Women’s Basketball team, a two-time Hall of Fame inductee, and earned a B.A. in Political Science. Megan resides in Camp Hill with her two children.
